About me

I work as a carer in the south of England, in and around the villages and towns of the South Downs National Park. If you ever find yourself in this part of the country it is worth a pause in your journey in one of the many local coffee shops and a walk along the numerous ancient paths and woods.

Years ago I worked in the land of corporate design where budgets were eye-watering and the toys shiny. Domestic Care World could not be more different, the toys are tired, often missing and budgets derisory or non-existent.

I carry my sketchbook with me everywhere, these are some of my observations of precious moments hidden from view and unvalued by our mostly vacuous rat-race culture.
